We provide Master Classes as contributions to Executive Education programmes offered by Higher Education Institutions. Therefore, participants in our Master Classes are managers and executives from a range of business sectors. Each Master Class is carefully tailored to the backgrounds of the participants and the context of their particular business sector.
Typically a Master Class is a live 2 hour event facilitated by the Director of the Network. The focus is on engaging exercises and discussions that will help participants to quickly understand the mindset and how they can apply it within their own work context and business sector.
Each Master Class explains how the mindset brings real benefits to teams and is a powerful force for driving change in organisations. Practical exercises help employees and team leaders to identify actions that will ensure that they can apply the learning and key takeaways from the Master Class.
